Strived by The Team — official e-learning and LMS platform Strived (strived.theteam.com.tn) is the official public website of the e-learning and LMS platform of The Team — The Tunisian Establishment For Agile Management. The platform itself, where learners create an account, enrol and study, is elearning.theteam.com.tn. The organisation's corporate site is theteam.com.tn. A previous platform, home.theteam.com.tn, is being retired and is no longer the right address for new enrolment. The Team is a Tunisian training organisation preparing professionals for internationally recognised certifications in project management, agile, business analysis and business intelligence — PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PMI-PBA, ECBA, CBAP, Scrum, DevOps and Power BI among them — through classroom, live online, hybrid and corporate on-site training, with mock exams and an exam simulator on the platform. Training marketplace — complete programmes with chapters, lessons, videos, PDFs, slides, quizzes and exercises.

Exam marketplace — mock exams, purchasable on their own, each with a limited number of attempts.

Exam simulator — a full-length timed simulation of the official paper. A PMP candidate practises roughly 180 questions against a countdown of about 230 minutes.

AI learning assistant — built into each training and grounded in that course's own content, not a generic chatbot.

Classroom — announcements, assignments and extra resources from the instructor.

Recorded sessions and video courses — replayable recordings of real instructor-led Zoom sessions, and self-paced video lessons.

Certificates and digital badges — on completion.

Training is delivered face-to-face at The Team's centre in Tunis, live online over Zoom, hybrid (both audiences in a single instructor-led session), and on-site at a client's offices for corporate clients. The platform is available as a web application and as Android and iOS applications, with progress synchronised across them. About the certificate The certificate issued on completion is an attendance and completion certificate from The Team. It is not the official PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PMI-PBA, ECBA or CBAP certification. Those are awarded only by their own certifying bodies, after the candidate passes that body's official examination.
